Wood Burning Boilers
The Vidaco biomass heating system as shown above is fully automated converting wood pellets into heat through a simple combustion process.
- Wood pellets - automatically fed into the boiler unit, heated and residual moisture removed
- At 150°C thermal decomposition commences rising to around 500°C with unstable elements being removed
- Pellets are then converted into virtually flame free charcoal to provide heat to the distribution system.
